A workspace is a group-editable Web page where you and groups of people in your community can interact and share information.
Examples of when you might use a workspace include:
All workspaces are private and can only be seen by people who have been explicitly invited to participate in it by the workspace administrator. Your ability to view and participate in a workspace (such as reply to a conversation topic or share a file with your partners and suppliers) is controlled by permissions that you have been assigned by the workspace administrator.
